We hope that helps clarify a little about Ride Reputation. There may be future balancing and enhancements to this or other features in the future so please do continue to give us your feedback and suggestions on the forums. We are pleased to hear that so many of you are enjoying this new added feature but for those of you who would prefer the option to play the new scenarios and harder challenge modes without it we will be adding the option to switch it off as well.Īs always we are and will be continuing to listen to the community’s thoughts and feedback. Reputation changes are not applied to Sandbox mode, the ‘Easy’ Challenge mode difficulty, nor to previous existing Scenarios. To clarify where Ride Reputation is applied, you will only find Ride Reputation on the newest Scenarios and on the ‘Medium’, ‘Hard’ and ‘Harder’ Challenge mode difficulties. This helps ensure that you need to continue to manage your park to get the best results. Every park building mogul will know that you need to keep your park attractive for guests with ride types and variation. However, after a longer period of time these rides become even more attractive again, much like the well-loved classics you visit each year at your favourite parks. The feature is intended as a means of adding greater challenge to management by creating a gradual decline in a ride’s desirability to guests. I’ve noticed a few people posting unsure about what exactly it is and how or when it works. Happy New Year everyone! Hopefully you’ve had a good time and played plenty of Planet Coaster during the holidays.įirstly, I’d just like to give a little clarification following some discussions regarding Ride Reputation.
